Tim Sykes Book - An American Hedge Fund - This is probably more pleasureable than educational, but it depends how you look at it. Tim is a very professional guy in a world of scammers and snakeoil salesmen (snake oil is his terminology)

Mark Douglas / Trading in the Zone - Great book on the Mindset side of things.
